Data Deletion Instructions

You can ask us to delete your ICERIK OS account and the data associated with it at any time, including data we received from Instagram (Meta) or Google Search Console after you connected those accounts. This page explains how.

1. How to request deletion

Send an email to info@peratrade.com.tr with the subject "ICERIK OS Data Deletion Request".
Write from the email address registered to your ICERIK OS account.
Tell us whether you want everything deleted, or only the data from a connected Instagram or Google account (include the Instagram username or the site address).

We confirm your request by email and complete the deletion within 30 days. We may ask you to verify that you own the account before deleting anything.

2. What we delete

Your account (email address and password hash).
Business details, content, drafts, uploaded files, transcripts and settings you created in ICERIK OS.
For Instagram: your Instagram user ID, username, access token, and the images and videos we stored for publishing. Posts already published to your Instagram account stay on Instagram; you can remove them there.
For Google Search Console: the access token and the search performance data we stored.
WordPress and webhook connection details.

3. What we may keep

Invoices and payment records are kept for the period required by tax and accounting law and are not used for any other purpose. Backups containing deleted data are overwritten on their normal rotation schedule.

4. Disconnecting without deleting your account

You can stop ICERIK OS from accessing a connected platform at any time:

Instagram: Settings → Apps and websites → remove ICERIK OS.
Google: Google Account permissions → remove ICERIK OS.

Removing access stops us from reaching your account. To also delete data we already hold, send the request described in Section 1.
